Should smartphones be banned in schools?

Transcript I am against banning smartphones in school. I think we're at an age of internet, age of AI, age of communication, and if you take that away from the student, how are they ever going to adapt to the real world? Learning things in the class is important, but I think instead what we should be teaching our students is a form of discipline. And we don't-- we do not necessarily need to be banning smartphones for that. Um, I think we should be teaching them discipline. That's more important.
